埔里鎮蜈蜙里石坑路凌顯橋路段，每逢大雨，雨水及砂石淹沒路面，影響行車安全及農產品運輸，縣府規劃橫跨野溪上方興建新橋梁，昨（十五）日舉行動土典禮，由縣長林明溱主持，預計明年四月底完工。
林縣長表示，蜈蜙里通往凌霄殿的產業道路，每逢下大雨淹水，造成車輛無法通行，縣府設計規劃提高路面及興建高架便橋，總經費約掰八百八十萬，預計明年完工，讓居民通行更安全、便利。
石坑路主要是林務及農用道路，凌顯橋路段遇大雨，水道橫跨石坑路，形成過水路面，影響行車安全及農產運輸，林縣長於今年三月中會勘後，責成工務處進行規劃設計，尋求合宜施工方案，經檢討如原地興建橋梁工程經費龐大，後研議改由跨過野溪上方興建長二十公尺、寬六點三公尺橋梁，並改善周邊道路，鋪PC路面及建擋土牆、護坡、L溝。
動土典禮由林縣長主持，縣議員王彩雲、業者及多位民眾也到場持香祝禱祈求工程順利。王議員表示，此路段為農民運輸農作物必經之路，整修改善後，除大雨期間方便農產運輸外，居民前往凌霄殿祭拜也更安全。
